Return & Refund Policy for Nasty Nate's Tee Shirt's
All our apparel is custom-made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preferences. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our work and will happily resolve any issues caused by us.
What We Cover (Eligible for Replacement or Refund)
We will provide a free replacement or refund for orders that have a confirmed fulfillment issue. Eligible issues must be reported within 30 days of the product's delivery or estimated delivery date. These include:

Damaged or Defective Items: Products that arrive with print errors, manufacturing flaws, or damage from transit.

Wrong Item Sent: You received a completely different product or design than what you ordered due to a fulfillment error.

Lost in Transit: A package with a tracking status that shows no movement for an extended time and is confirmed as lost by the carrier.

Mislabeled Items: Items where the care label or packaging is incorrect.
What We Cannot Cover (Not Eligible for Return)

Buyer's Remorse: Simply changing your mind about the purchase.

Size or Color Exchanges: Choosing an incorrect size or color.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Packages returned to us due to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. (We will contact you if this happens and can reship at an additional cost).

Normal Wear & Tear: Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
How to Report an Issue
To request a replacement for an eligible issue, please contact our customer service at support@nnshirts.com within 30 days and provide:

Your order number.

A clear description of the problem.

Photos or video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the damage, misprint, or wrong item).
We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped at no cost to you. For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement once confirmed lost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Processing
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a refund is issued instead of a replacement, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nnshirts.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
